Graduate of International Relations at the Odessa University and the Study of Eastern Europe at the University of Warsaw. PhD student at the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He worked in the European Integration Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine. Columnist of the Ukrainian newspaper Dzerkało Tyżnia (Zwierciadło Tygodnia). Previously also associated with Eastbook.eu.
