“Study on the transformation of the political and economic systems of the countries of South-East Asia in the context of the globalization of law”

This project focuses on the issues of current and future social and political transformation from the legal and economic point of view. The research involves a series of conferences and scientific workshops on European models of political transformation and their impact on corresponding processes, ones which have recently been intensifying in South-East Asia. The concept of  ‘transitional justice’ will be the main focus of the research. The project will be a continuation of efforts undertaken within the framework of the workshop “Transitional justice in the context of Polish and German political and legal changes”, organized by the University of Warsaw and the Friedrich-Alexander Universitat in Nuremberg.

The project is implemented as part of the “Excellent Science” programme of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
